Natural mineral water does not begin its journey in a bottle. Its origins lie much deeper, beneath the Earth's surface. Its composition is shaped by natural conditions, the geological structure of the area, and the characteristics of the aquifer through which the water flows. 695 Metres Below Ground

AQUA Myrgorod DETOX is extracted from a 695-metre-deep well in the Myrgorod area of Poltava Region, a region renowned for its natural mineral waters. Depth alone does not determine the mineral composition of water. What matters is the entire geological pathway through which the water travels before reaching the aquifer. The geological profile of our well consists of a succession of different rock formations:

• 73 m– clayey sand;
• 35 m– marly clay;
• 70 m– glauconitic quartz sands;
• 332 m– marl and chalk sequence;
• 23 m– compact marl;
• 26 m– sandstone with sand interbeds;
• 27 m– interbedded sandstone, clay and sand;
• 86 m– sandy clay, sandstone and water-bearing sand;
• 11 m– variegated clay forming the lowermost layer at a depth of 684–695 metres.

This geological profile forms part of the natural conditions under which the water acquires its characteristics. Water located deep underground interacts with the surrounding geological formations, and its final mineral composition is the result of the natural processes involved in the formation of the underground aquifer.

DETOX Natural Mineral Water: Mineral Composition

The mineral composition of water results from its natural formation deep within the Earth. Over an extended period, water interacts with rock formations and the surrounding geological environment, gradually acquiring the mineral composition characteristic of a particular aquifer.   Accordingly, DETOX contains:

• chlorides Cl⁻ – 1,850 mg/L;
• bicarbonates HCO₃⁻ – 375 mg/L;
• sulphates SO₄²⁻ – 250 mg/L;
• as well as magnesium Mg²⁺, calcium Ca²⁺and sodium Na⁺.

Another important aspect of the AQUA Myrgorod DETOX story is its bottling location. To preserve the water's natural characteristics, it is bottled directly at the extraction site. This is consistent with the fundamental principle of natural mineral water.
